Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a Finance Business Partner I to join our team at USA Parkway. You will bridge Site operations with the SSC, driving governance and data accuracy across core financial streams, including P2P, I2C, FA, and R2R.

You will monitor compliance and champion continuous improvement, training site colleagues on group-standard tools while supporting intercompany reconciliation and supplier issue resolution.

Qualifications

IntelliSource is looking to hire a Finance Business Partner I located on USA Parkway. We have partnered with an exciting organization and we're on the hunt for a motivated individuals who want to join our team.

The Finance Business Partner serves as the critical bridge between local Site operations and the Shared Services Center (SSC). This role drives process governance, ensures data integrity, maintains compliance, and champions continuous improvement across core financial streams: Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice-toCash (I2C), Asset Lifecycle Management (FA), and Record-to-Report (R2R).

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) Governance & Liaison

• Operational Liaison: Act as the primary escalation point and interface between Site operations and the SSC to unblock invoicing bottlenecks and resolve complex supplier queries.
• Data Integrity & Quality Assurance: Oversee the integrity of P2P Master Data and optimize validation tool settings to eliminate system and capturing errors.
• Compliance Stewardship: Monitor supplier down-payments and govern Travel & Expense (T&E) exception approvals to guarantee strict adherence to Group compliance policies.
• Specialist for the tools: teach and train newcomers (at site level) with group standard tools related to the P2P process
• IC (Intercompany) reconciliation: ensure that full explanations are completed for SSC reporting and follow action plan
• Supplier solving issues: Follow report of all components return (mvt 122) & secure with logistic Credit Notes collection & missing receptions. Alert and communicate to Site Financial Controller all logistic, quality incidents and prices litigations.
• Local hotline: for suppliers to deal with issues in the local language when needed. For China and where it is needed: Provide payment supporting documents to Bank for oversea non POBO payments and coordinate to fulfill Non-Trade system and uploading mandatory contracts

Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) Partnership

• Master Data Oversight: Ensure all AR Master Data creation requests are accurately validated and transmitted to the SSC, while providing expert support to local SITE teams on system processes.
• Dispute Administration: Standardize and oversee the workflow for customer debit notes, ensuring they are promptly routed to the correct local SITE stakeholders for validation and resolution.
• Manual invoicing: Check and guarantee that the customer pre-requisites are fulfilled for manual invoicing in line with VAT / customs regulations.

Asset Lifecycle Management & Governance

• Acquisition & Activation Control: Coordinate local asset data collection in strict accordance with MAF rules, steering the initiation of activation requests and SAP internal order or BS settlements. Start of depreciation with support documentation from site (proof of entry in service).
• Leasing Governance: Manage the digital leasing tool pipeline by executing new lease creation requests and securing all mandated documentation for SSC processing.
• Asset Stewardship: Lead and organize the biennial physical inventory count, ensuring a robust, formalized process for the disposal or sale of fixed assets.

Record-to-Report (R2R) & Audit Readiness

• Reporting Excellence: Guarantee the accurate and timely execution of site-specific requirements, including environmental reporting, insurance campaigns, and mandatory statistical declarations
• Closing & Compliance Support: Ensuring defined standards for EAGLE closing binder local inputs (including staff expenses, FA roll-forward, off-balance-sheet commitments, etc...). Attend the meetings between GL SSC & Site FC and ensure the fulfillment of defined action plans.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as a site contact for internal and external auditors, tracking deficiencies and driving the timely execution of agreed action plans. Must escalation to the RIC or Anti-fraud office any internal control incident.
