Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Sr. Director, Finance Shared Services to lead the strategic vision for our global finance operations, including AR, AP, and travel and expense. You will supervise teams in the US and Mexico and collaborate with Europe and Asia to align systems and controls.

Reporting to Finance leadership, you will drive process improvements, SLA adherence, month and quarter close accuracy, and KPI reporting while building trusted partnerships with Sales, FP&A, Tax, and COEs.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
• Strong accounting and finance understanding.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR, AP, and T&E operations with a focus on accuracy and process discipline.
• Develop strategic vision and execution roadmap for global shared services.
• Ensure timely monthly and quarterly close with robust controls.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, cycle times, and quality indicators.
• Collaborate with Sales, FP&A, Tax, and COEs to support growth.
