Job summary

ADT invites motivated undergraduates and graduates to join its Finance & Business Analytics Internship in Boca Raton.

You’ll work on meaningful projects across corporate finance, FP&A, pricing analytics, and finance operations while gaining exposure to executive leadership and a structured professional development track.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Graduating between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Completion of at least two upper-level courses relevant to the internship discipline.
• GPA 3.2 or higher.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Finance & Business Analytics Internship

Location: Boca Raton Headquarters

Format: In-person Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays*

Dates: May 17-July 29, 2027

Compensation: $24/hour for Bachelor's students; $28/hour for Master's students

About the Internship Program

This 11-week program places interns on teams where they'll contribute to meaningful and impactful projects from day one. Throughout the summer, interns also get exposure to ADT as a whole: sessions with different business units, briefings on current company priorities, and time with our executive leadership team, alongside a dedicated professional development track.

Where You Could Work

Depending on team needs and background, interns may be placed in:

• Corporate Finance & Treasury
• Financial Planning & Analysis
• Pricing Strategy & Analytics
• Finance Operations
• IT Finance

Placement is based on business needs, skillsets, and academic background. Project work may include analyzing financial performance, supporting forecasting and reporting activities, evaluating pricing strategies, developing dashboards and business insights, improving financial processes, and helping business leaders make data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit (such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) at this time.

Standout Candidates Will Bring

• Prior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned
• Experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other tools to organize, analyze, and communicate data
• Coursework or projects involving financial analysis, forecasting, business analytics, statistics, economics, pricing strategy, or data visualization
• Experience building presentations, dashboards, models, or recommendations that translate data into actionable business insights
• Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Compensation & Internship Details

• Compensation: $24/hour for undergraduates, $28/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
• Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 17-July 29, 2027.
• Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
