Partnerships & Business Development Internship

Location: Boca Raton Headquarters
Format: In-person Monday-Thursday and remote Fridays*

Compensation: $24/hour for Bachelor’s students; $28/hour for Master’s students

About the Internship Program

This 11-week program places interns on teams where they’ll contribute to meaningful and impactful projects from day one. Throughout the summer, interns also get exposure to ADT as a whole: sessions with different business units, briefings on current company priorities, and time with our executive leadership team, alongside a dedicated professional development track.

Placement is based on business needs, skillsets, and academic background. Project work may include supporting product and business partnerships, researching markets and growth opportunities, developing go-to-market plans, tracking partner or business performance, analyzing customer feedback, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and preparing recommendations that improve customer experiences and business outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Communications, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Graduating between December 2027 and May 2028
• Completion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher

• Coursework or projects involving business development, partnership strategy, market research, healthcare innovation, go-to-market planning, business analytics, or project management
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to analyze information, track performance, build business cases, or communicate recommendations
• Experience gathering customer or market insights and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
• Leadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Compensation & Internship Details

• Compensation: $24/hour for undergraduates, $28/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.
• Work Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules.
• U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship.
• Must be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 17-July 29, 2027.
• Housing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.
