Job summary

Republic Finance is offering a Branch Operations Internship for current college juniors and seniors with a finance or business focus. You will learn branch daily operations, loan processes, and regulatory training, with hands-on experience and leadership exposure. This 100% onsite program aims to lead to full-time opportunities after graduation.

You will be paid $15.00 per hour and gain exposure to audits, compliance, training and other departments through a structured intern experience.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior or senior majoring in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Eligible to work a minimum of 18–20 hours per week.
• Willing to learn, enthusiastic and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to meet background, credit checks and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Learn daily branch operations and loan process basics.
• Assist in loan origination, processing, closings and funding tasks.
• Attend regional meetings to understand broader Branch Operations.
• Support process improvement projects within Branch Operations.
• Explore corporate roles where branch experience is valued.
