Regional Finance in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant Manager who drives revenue, grows accounts, and maximizes branch performance through consultative selling of financial products and strong customer relationships.

This high-impact role rewards competitive performance with a clear path to advancement, including monthly bonuses and comprehensive benefits. Office hours are Monday–Friday with some Saturdays as needed, based in our branch network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or cash handling.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks where permitted by law.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation (required for bank deposits).

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and branch sales goals by driving performance, improving retention, and contributing to profitability.
• Use a consultative approach to recommend solutions and manage the full loan lifecycle.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer engagement and outbound outreach.
• Deliver a high-energy, service-focused customer experience.
• Process cash transactions and payments accurately while maintaining compliance.
• Manage delinquency and help resolve past-due accounts.
• Transport funds and deposits as part of branch operations.
• Support team performance through additional responsibilities as needed.
