Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program in Gainesville, FL. You’ll learn the business from day one at a neighborhood branch and be prepared to run a location in the future.

The program covers sales, customer service, operations, finance, and marketing with mentoring and a promotion-from-within culture. First-year target pay is $50,000 with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to work an average of 47 hours per week.
• Twelve months cumulative experience in Sales, Customer Service, Management, athletics, leadership or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Support as an MT by learning the business from day one at a neighborhood branch.
• Work toward running your own Enterprise branch and developing your team.
• Develop new business, cultivate relationships and promote growth.
• Provide strong customer service and contribute to sales, marketing, and operations.
