Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts, driving the design, build, and governance of reporting, analytics, and automation solutions across Finance and business units.

This role partners with Finance leadership to translate priorities into a roadmap, oversees Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables, and ensures quality, security, and reliability of the Finance BI portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or similar.
• 2+ years leading or managing a technical team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Oversee Power BI reports, data modeling, and Power Automate deliverables.
• Establish governance, architecture standards, and data security practices.
