Job summary

BDO, a leading professional services firm, seeks a BI Manager to lead a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts. You will design, govern, and deliver reporting, analytics, and automation solutions across Finance and the business.

You will set architecture standards, data governance, and drive cross-functional collaboration to translate priorities into a coordinated team roadmap. The role requires strong Power BI, SQL, and data modeling expertise, plus experience in structuring governance,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or similar.
• 2+ years leading a technical team.
• Experience with Finance data is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finance BI Developers and Analysts.
• Escalation point for complex Power BI, SQL, data modeling issues.
• Own Finance BI architecture, standards, and governance.
• Translate strategic priorities into a team roadmap.
• Review and approve BI reports and models for quality.
• Oversee workspace management, permissions, RLS, and security.
• Collaborate with data engineering and IT to secure data and infrastructure.
