Job summary

Michael Aaron Staffing, LLC is partnering with a growing consumer products company in Natick, MA, seeking a Finance Associate to support credits and accounts receivable within a hybrid work model.

You will help implement NetSuite-driven workflows, automate manual processes, and contribute to month-end close and financial reporting, leveraging Excel for large datasets and detailed reconciliations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Accounting/Finance experience (Accounts Receivable, credits, deductions or related).
• Strong NetSuite experience and comfort using ERP systems for high-volume activity.
• Advanced Excel skills including lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and large datasets.
• Experience in a high-volume transaction/data environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile high volumes of customer credits, deductions, adjustments and AR transactions.
• Research discrepancies, short payments, pricing differences and account variances.
• Utilize NetSuite for AR, credits, reconciliations, reporting and financial data.
• Help transition manual and spreadsheet-heavy processes into standardized NetSuite workflows.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with journal entries and month-end close.
• Work with large datasets in Excel to validate and reconcile financial information.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, accuracy and overall process efficiency.
