Money Group is seeking an Accounting Associate to support day-to-day billing and accounts receivable activities. You will prepare and issue client invoices, update partner portals, monitor payment plans, and assist with accounts payable transactions in NetSuite.

Working within established procedures, you will collaborate with Accounting, Finance, and Sales to gather billing information, resolve routine discrepancies, and help meet monthly deadlines.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or general accounting.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and familiarity with routine financial transactions and recordkeeping.
• Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and issue monthly client invoices in NetSuite and partner billing platforms, following established procedures and billing schedules.
• Update affiliate and partner portals with invoices and supporting documentation.
• Conduct email-based collections follow-ups and monitor client payment plans; escalate overdue payments as needed.
• Generate recurring AR reports (aging, etc.) and flag discrepancies for review.
• Enter vendor bills into NetSuite and support AP processes.
• Assist with month-end closing by preparing supporting schedules and reconciliations.
