Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience with medical billing and payroll is advantageous.
• Strong math and language abilities; proficient in Excel.
• Familiarity with bookkeeping principles and timekeeping systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and provide data for reporting.
• Assist in maintaining patient census data.
• Bill Medicaid and track related forms, payments, and documentation.
• Ensure accurate completion of admission forms and contracts.
• Compile data and reports as required for management.
• Ensure compliance with Financial Management Systems policies.
• Provide administrative support to Administrator and Finance Manager.
• May greet visitors as receptionist and assist patients with insurance claims.
• Promote teamwork within the facility and adhere to policy on abuse prevention.
