Job description

Our client is a major financial enterprise dedicated to supporting housing markets and promoting sustainable homeownership nationwide. The Finance Assistant will support the governance, maintenance, and accuracy of supplier master data, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency across procurement and finance functions. This is a full time contract position, onsite, based in McLean, VA, paying $25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Support the governance, maintenance, and integrity of supplier master data in Workday.
• Assist with supplier onboarding, validation, and document review.
• Conduct IRS TIN matching and tax reporting activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to supplier data management.

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, supplier management, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Office applications.

Preferred qualifications
