Job summary

Inframark is seeking an Engineering Program Manager to act as the technical lead for water and wastewater projects, ensuring solutions meet customer requirements and Inframark standards. You will work with project managers and delivery teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include leading technical activities, coordinating with field and operations teams, and managing risk and vendor communications to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• A four-year engineering or electrical degree is required.
• Minimum of 10+ years' experience in automation and field service, with 5 years in municipal Water & Wastewater.
• Excellent communications skills and the ability to lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with project reviews and communicate project health.
• Develop schedules with project managers and resource planning.
• Engage customers to resolve technical issues and needs.
• Make technical decisions and review documentation to stay within scope.
• Lead conversations with customers to ensure solutions meet requirements and opportunities for expansion.
• Oversee QA/QC activities and testing like FAT and SAT.
• Collaborate with field service on project support and start-up activities.
