Talentzo Delhi is seeking a seasoned Finance & Accounts leader to guide and grow the team in an organized finance function. You will oversee invoicing, AR, collections, and reconciliations while driving process improvements across billing and cash flow management.

The role requires strong stakeholder mgmt, Excel proficiency, and experience with ERP systems. You will partner with internal teams to ensure timely payments and compliant controls.

Qualifications

• Finance and accounting experience.
• Experience managing a Finance/Accounts team.
• Strong experience in invoicing, AR, collections, and reconciliations.
• Experience with AI tools and process automation preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools (Zoho Books, NetSuite, Tally, SAP, Oracle).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounts team.
• Manage customer invoicing and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Track invoices, collections, aging, and customer reconciliations.
• Follow up with clients for timely payments.
• Resolve billing and payment issues with internal teams.
• Prepare MIS reports on collections, receivables, and cash flow.
• Support month-end and year-end closing.
• Improve invoicing and collection processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
