Qualifications

• 3–5 лет опыта в финансах, бухгалтерии или финансовых операциях.

Responsibilities

• Проверка счетов и утверждение платежей.
• Обработка и управление платежами поставщикам, подрядчикам и ежемесячной заработной платой.
• Мониторинг остатка денежных средств и обеспечение ликвидности.
• Сверка банковских и денежных движений с отчетностью компании.
• Ведение точной документации по платежам и сопроводительных документов.
• Подготовка документации для завершения учета и поддержки процесса закрытия.
• Поддержка регулярной отчетности, включая план денежного потока, бюджет и управленческий пакет.
• Подготовка информационных материалов по запросу руководства и внешних сторон в установленном формате.
• Поддержание актуальности корпоративной регистрации и документов.
• Координация ежедневной работы с внешними поставщиками, в первую очередь бухгалтерами и юрконсулом.
• Поддержка ведения полного и доступного учета в общем рабочем пространстве.
• Администрирование систем компании, подписок и доступов.
• Поддержка Head of Finance & Operations по другим задачам.

Lovi is an AI personalization layer for beauty and longevity. Its app uses facial scans and user inputs to match products and treatments, assess skincare products, and build personalized routines. The company has grown from app subscriptions into e-commerce, reaching $18m ARR and 700,000 downloads worldwide.

Задачи

• Verify invoices and payment approvals
• Process and manage payments to vendors, suppliers, contractors, and the recurring monthly payroll
• Monitor cash balances and ensure adequate liquidity
• Reconcile bank and cash movements against company reporting
• Maintain accurate payment records and supporting documentation
• Prepare documentation required for accounting close and support the closing process
• Maintain recurring reporting, including the cash flow plan, budget, and management reporting pack, in the specified formats and cadence
• Prepare information packages requested by management and external parties, including accountants, investors, and lenders, in the specified format
• Keep corporate filings and registrations current and on time
• Coordinate day-to-day with external providers, primarily accountants and legal counsel
• Maintain complete, current, and accessible company records in the shared digital workspace
• Administer company systems, subscriptions, and access
• Support the Head of Finance & Operations with other requested tasks
• Build financial and operational processes and systems as the business grows

• 3–5 Years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Experience managing bank accounts, payments, and cash management activities
• Experience working with external parties
• Experience sourcing data across multiple systems and automating recurring work through scripting, workflow tools, or AI tooling rather than handling it manually at volume
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently
• Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable in a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve and processes are still being established
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
