Qualifications

Описание:

Finom provides an all-in-one financial B2B platform for entrepreneurs, integrating banking, accounting, financial management, and invoicing. Its platform also offers AI-enabled accounting and supports small and medium businesses across Europe with financial crime prevention.

Задачи:

Develop full-stack ML models for financial crime detection and prevention during transaction processing and client onboarding, from requirements gathering and prototyping through production deployment; Own and evolve the Dynamic Risk Score across all markets, scoring the full client base daily to support decisions throughout the client lifecycle; Manage transaction rules with ML-driven detection, optimizing their performance and the number of generated alerts; Set up continuous production monitoring of model and rule performance, and develop a champion-challenger framework to keep the best-performing model live; Contribute to infrastructure for ML model operationalization and inter-service interactions, enabling models of varying complexity to be served and inferred.

Требования:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Full-stack Data Scientist, including production deployment experience with API services such as FastAPI;
• Strong SQL and Python skills, and experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks;
• Strong architectural skills, including designing and improving infrastructure for serving models of varying complexity;
• Experience with production model monitoring and champion-challenger or A/B evaluation;
• Critical and analytical thinking;
• proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working with little supervision in a start-up setting;
• Quantitative education in mathematics, engineering, economics, or computer science;
• Full working proficiency in English;
• Nice to have: graph modeling, foundation models, embeddings.
