Delavanchevy is seeking a highly motivated Finance & Insurance Manager to oversee financing and insurance operations at the dealership. You will guide customers through financing options, present products, and ensure compliant, profitable deals.

The ideal candidate has automotive F&I experience, strong credit analysis skills, and proven ability to upsell. You will collaborate with sales staff, manage loan processing, and maintain excellent customer relationships while meeting regulatory

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Finance Manager experience in the automotive industry (required).
• PVR – Must show results of 3K per car.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
• Proficiency in financial software applications and basic math skills including 10 key typing.
• Effective negotiation skills with the ability to upsell products confidently.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire F&I process, including presenting financing options and insurance products to customers.

• Provide ongoing training to team members on loan officer practices, credit analysis, and contract management.

Compensation

• $180,000K + per year
