Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with Revenue Cycle Management, IDTF Operations, and Accounting. You will own reporting, analytics, forecasting, and BI tools to drive reimbursement performance, cash collection, and productivity.

The role blends finance, analytics, and strategic business partnership with senior leadership exposure. The position is hybrid with a preference for Bellevue, WA; Houston, TX candidates will also be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
5+ years in finance, FP&A, analytics, BI or related disciplines.
Advanced Excel proficiency.
Advanced Power BI and data visualization skills.
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting automation.
Experience with large data sets and scalable reporting.
Strategic thinker with strong business judgment.
Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance and analytics partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership.
Develop and own key reporting tools, including reimbursement analytics and dashboards.
Build and maintain financial models and forecasting tools.
Partner with IDTF leadership across service centers to support forecasting and planning.
Design and automate reporting solutions for real-time visibility.
Analyze the end-to-end financial journey from enrollment to cash collection.
Own and maintain payer and insurance data for accuracy.
Present analyses and recommendations to executives.
