Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Finance Manager to join the BardyDx ambulatory cardiac monitoring business. This role partners across Finance, Revenue Cycle Management, Operations, and Accounting to support key performance drivers, from enrollment through reimbursement and cash collection.

The position emphasizes scalable reporting, Power BI dashboards, forecasting models, and executive-level insights. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential in this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a finance-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, BI, or related roles.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance and analytics partner to RCM, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and own reporting tools, including reimbursement analytics, collections reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and Power BI solutions.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks for performance visibility.
• Collaborate with IDTF leadership across multiple regions to support forecasting and capacity planning.
• Design and automate reporting solutions for real-time visibility into workload, productivity, and throughput.
• Analyze end-to-end financial journey from enrollment to cash collection and reimbursement.
• Own and maintain payer/insurance data ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
