Job summary

Baxter International Inc. seeks a Finance Manager for BardyDx, Baxter's ambulatory cardiac monitoring business. This hybrid, in-office role partners with Revenue Cycle Management and IDTF to optimize cash flow and growth for a ~1,000-employee operation.

You will build forecasts, analyze performance, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leaders across enrollment, deployment, reimbursement, and collections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, FP&A or related disciplines.
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills required; Power BI strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with independent work style and strong communication.
• Proven ability to influence decisions with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management and IDTF operations.
• Develop forecasting models, analytics frameworks, and dashboards for leadership.
• Monitor enrollment, deployment, cash collection and performance KPIs.
• Lead budgeting, variance analysis and planning across supported functions.
• Maintain data integrity across reporting solutions and present findings.
• Collaborate with executives to drive cash flow, productivity and growth.
• Provide recommendations to scale operations and improve financial performance.
• Create executive dashboards and Power BI reports for leadership review.
