Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years in finance, FP&A, analytics, or related disciplines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization experience.
• Strong forecasting, modeling, and reporting automation capabilities.
• Experience with large data sets and scalable reporting.
• Independent, proactive partner with strong business judgment.
• Excellent communication and executive storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance and analytics partner to RCM leadership, supporting forecasting and collections.
• Develop and own reporting tools, dashboards, and Power BI solutions used by leaders.
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and analytical frameworks.
• Collaborate with IDTF leadership across multiple service centers for planning.
• Design and automate reporting solutions for real-time visibility into operations.
• Analyze the end-to-end financial journey from enrollment to cash collection.
• Own and maintain payer/insurance data for reporting accuracy.
• Present analyses and recommendations to senior leaders to drive decisions.
