Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a Finance Manager for BardyDx, our ambulatory cardiac monitoring business. Based in Bellevue, WA, you will partner with Revenue Cycle Management and IDTF leaders to drive forecasting, cash collection, and financial performance.

You will build models, dashboards, and analyses to support enrollment and device deployment, while influencing strategic decisions. A hybrid in-office role with opportunities to impact patient care and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in finance, FP&A, business analytics or related disciplines.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
• Advanced Power BI and data visualization preferred.
• Strong modeling, forecasting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to Revenue Cycle Management leadership, supporting cash collection goals and forecasting.
• Partner with IDTF leadership across multiple service centers to support volume forecasting and capacity planning.
• Develop financial models, forecasts and analytical frameworks for visibility into performance drivers.
• Create executive dashboards and Power BI reporting for enrollment, hardware deployment, and cash flow.
• Analyze end-to-end financial journey from enrollment to revenue and cash collection.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and planning processes.
• Validate and maintain data integrity across reporting solutions.
• Present findings to operational and finance leadership and executives.
