Travelers in Hartford, CT is seeking a Manager of Financial Analysis to translate data into actionable insights for the Construction, Energy, and Marine units. You will prepare, validate, and present financial reports, identify trends and provide strategic recommendations in collaboration with partners across the business.

This role requires strong analytical skills, experience with IPA/TM1, mastery of Excel, and the ability to manage multiple projects while communicating clearly with senior

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• MBA with finance/accounting concentration or CPA/CMA considered.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for cross-functional projects.
• Ability to influence team members and management.
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to identify trends and insights.
• Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial reporting tools (TM1/IPA, Essbase, Hyperion).
