The ideal candidate has 5+ years of market research experience, a relevant bachelor's degree, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of market research or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, mathematics, psychology, anthropology or comparable analytical degree.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Self-motivated with proactive approach.
• Clear and effective communication to diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts is a plus.
• Experience with market sizing, competitive intelligence, trends and economic/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct secondary research using diverse sources and methodologies; recommend sources for each initiative.
• Synthesize findings into actionable insights to support decision-making and present to partners.
• Develop research projects and deliverables including proposals, plans, data specs and reports.
• Manage timelines and resources with some leadership oversight.
• Assess data credibility and ensure quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engagement partners.
