A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Finance Analyst – Liquidity/ Treasury Data Analyst

Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 months contract w/ extension

Location: Charlotte, NC – 3 days onsite/ 2 day remote

Overview: Client is seeking a Finance Analyst – Liquidity/ Treasury Data Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity, and governance of liquidity data used in regulatory and management reporting. This role partners with Treasury, Data Management, Technology, and other business teams to improve liquidity reporting, resolve data issues, and support enterprise data initiatives. Derivatives and traded-products expertise is the top priority. Candidates must demonstrate deep knowledge of how traded products are booked, settled, and mature.

As a Finance Analyst – Liquidity/ Treasury Data Analyst, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Analyze liquidity data used in regulatory and management reporting.
• Partner with Treasury, business, data, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver sustainable data solutions.
• Use advanced SQL to query, analyze, reconcile, and manage complex datasets.
• Support liquidity reporting and risk-management processes, including LCR, NSFR, stress testing, and internal liquidity metrics.
• Investigate data and reporting issues, identify root causes, and coordinate remediation.
• Assess how traded products—including derivatives, equities, FX, and swaps—are represented across booking, settlement, and maturity processes.
• Support data governance, quality controls, and implementation initiatives.
• Document business requirements, analysis, issues, and solutions; use Jira or a similar tool to track work.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience with traded products and derivatives, including knowledge of product booking, settlement, lifecycle events, and maturity behavior.
• Business analysis and data analysis experience.
• Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries and working with large or complex datasets.
• Knowledge of derivatives and other traded products, ideally including equities, FX, and swaps.
• Middle-office, trading, treasury, or regulatory-reporting experience; banking experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with liquidity reporting, such as LCR, NSFR, liquidity stress testing, or internal liquidity metrics.
• Experience with Jira or a comparable work-management tool.

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis. 1099 contractors and Corp-to-Corp arrangements will not be considered for this position.

Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*: $65- $70 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
