• Solid time management with ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy of accounting and reconciliations for inventories.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency in accounting and reporting.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of General Ledger accounts and provide reports in Blackline.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and approve invoices as needed.
• Prepare and file monthly excise, SUT, tire, and oil tax returns via the SURI portal.
• Ensure billing and collections for vehicle and parts sales; enforce credit policies.
• Audit supplier disbursements and assist with SOX/compliance audits.
