The role involves full cycle accounting duties, monitoring bank balances, and preparing financial reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least 2 years of experience in an accounting department.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, and can communicate effectively in English and Spanish. This is a full-time, non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in an accounting department.
• Proficient in Windows, especially Excel.
• Bi-lingual and fluent in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full cycle accounting duties.
• Monitor daily bank balances and reconcile accounts.
• Process invoices and prepare financial reports.
• Assist with special projects and accounting improvements.
