Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field.
• GPA 3.0+ required.
• 0–1 year of financial/data analysis experience.
• Previous internship preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cost control, payroll, AP/AR, HCM, and compliance tasks.
• Support month-end close and prepare financial reporting packages.
• Participate in forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Learn and apply cost/revenue components to projects (labor, equipment, materials, subcontracts).
• Support intercompany and client billing workflows and documentation.
• Ensure internal controls are followed in purchasing and payments.
