Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support project accounting and finance functions. You will assist with cost control, payroll, A/P/ A/R, and month-end close, helping to prepare financial reporting for project management.

The role emphasizes learning our cost and revenue components across labor, equipment, materials, and subcontracts while contributing to compliance and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management or equivalent.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Supports cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and HR process workflows.
• Assists with month-end close and prepares financial reporting packages for project management.
• Maintains internal controls over purchasing workflow and cost reporting.
• Communicates effectively with project teams and adheres to company policies.
