Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an Entry Level Financial Analyst to support project accounting and finance tasks for major US projects. This role focuses on cost control, payroll, A/P/A/R, human capital management, and compliance.

You will contribute to the month-end close and help prepare the financial reporting package for project management. Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience, a bachelor's in a related field, and the ability to travel/relocate.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of financial/data analysis experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, and/or equivalent degree
• Must be legally authorized to work without requiring sponsorship for employment to begin or continue employment with our company
• Ability to travel and relocate as required
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; experience with Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and human capital management
• Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial reporting package for project management
• Contribute to compliance and internal control processes
• Engage in forecast/budget updates and variance analysis
• Collaborate with project teams to understand financial drivers and provide analytical support
