Job summary

Kiewit is seeking an entry-level Finance Analyst to support accounting and finance functions on multi-million to multi-billion projects. You will touch payroll, AP/AR, cost control, and month-end close while learning cost/trend analysis and internal controls.

The role offers relocation/travel opportunities and a path to broaden experience across a leading North American contractor. Base compensation is provided with a strong benefits package included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Management, or equivalent degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 0-2 years' financial/data analysis experience; internship preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook; Pivot Tables and V-Lookups preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support cost control, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and HR processes for projects.
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting packages for project management.
• Learn and apply internal controls for purchasing and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with operations to align forecasts, budgets, and cost reporting.
