Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Finance AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape AI and data-driven finance transformations for leading organizations. You will define vision, build credibility with clients, and design strategy to monetize AI, GenAI and data for growth and efficiency.

Based in the United States, you will travel up to 80% to support client engagements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead large-scale delivery across finance processes, data platforms, and operating models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in AI and Data Strategy space.
• 3+ years high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting.
• 3+ years leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 3+ years of large-scale delivery in Corporate and/or Business Unit Finance processes, functions and/or systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data integration into finance processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks for an AI-first organization including technology, data strategy and operating model.
• Create business cases, investment profiles and roadmaps to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan for ecosystem partnerships.
