Accenture is seeking a seasoned Strategy professional to lead Finance AI and Data Transformation initiatives on behalf of world‑class clients. You will shape the vision, build executive relationships, and deliver end‑to‑end programs across complex Finance environments globally.

You will influence CFOs and senior leaders, define data strategies, roadmaps, and operating models, and ensure delivery with scaled agile methods while embedding Responsible AI throughout engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years turning ambiguous enterprise problems into clear-eyed strategies.
• 5+ years focused Finance AI and Data work with CFO organizations.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models.
• 5+ years hands‑on data management and analysis.
• 5+ years conducting client assessments and requirements gathering.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI principles in live engagements.
• 5+ years leading workstreams end‑to‑end across complex environments.
• 5+ years large‑scale global delivery.
• 5+ years working directly with Finance processes, functions, and systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and connect AI strategies to business outcomes.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.
• Architect paths covering platforms, data foundations, operating models, and talent.
• Develop business cases, investment profiles, and ROI models.
• Assess AI and data maturity across strategy and infrastructure.
• Sequence delivery of data elements and data products.
• Embed Responsible AI into client engagements from start.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships.
