Qualifications

• Six Sigma Belt certification or equivalent leadership experience (AI/Process re-engineering)
• 15+ years in accounting/finance re-engineering or advisory services
• 10+ years in finance, forecasting and FP&A re-engineering
• 5+ years driving AI-enabled process re-engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge of emerging AI technologies
• Experience documenting gaps and presenting to executives

Responsibilities

• Redesign forecasting and FP&A to near real-time statements across Optum
• Integrate AI/automation into FP&A workflows to improve IOI
• Lead Six Sigma belts in re-engineering initiatives
• Drive enterprise-wide operational improvement projects
• Set strategic tech goals and remove barriers to adoption
• Champion governance and ethical standards in AI lifecycles
