Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Finance AI & Automation Specialist to automate finance workflows, build AI-enabled agents, and design data pipelines in collaboration with Finance, Product, and Engineering. You will implement scalable solutions, write SQL for data extraction and validation, and teach finance teams to own and evolve the solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, collaboration, and driving long‑term transformation in Stripe's finance operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in data analytics, ops, automation or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI-enabled tools, agents, or workflows.
• Strong SQL proficiency with complex queries.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Finance to diagnose workflows and translate requirements into AI/automation solutions.
• Build and operationalize AI agents for Finance use cases end-to-end.
• Write and optimize SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Design knowledge layers and data-quality frameworks to improve agent accuracy.
• Measure adoption and impact, share lessons, and create playbooks.
