Accenture is seeking a strategic leader in Finance AI and Data Strategy to shape the vision, roadmap, and delivery across global Finance environments. You will partner with CFOs, design end-to-end data and AI programs, and advance responsible AI principles as a core differentiator.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage complex programs, and drive scalable value creation for large enterprise clients across industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep fluency in AI & Data Strategy across Finance, HR, and Operations.
• 5+ years of focused Finance AI and Data work, understanding CFO operations.
• 5+ years developing value cases and ROI models with funded roadmaps.
• 5+ years hands-on data management and analysis; know which insights matter to the C-suite.
• 2+ years applying Responsible AI in live engagements with client trust.
• 5+ years leading end-to-end workstreams in multi-stakeholder environments.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery across time zones and cultures.
• 5+ years working with corporate Finance processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Shape the vision and define Finance AI strategies linked to real business outcomes.
• Earn the room with CFOs and senior Finance leaders as trusted AI advisor.
• Architect the path forward across technology platforms, data foundations, and operating models.
• Build the business case, investment profiles, and ROI models for funded roadmaps.
• Assess AI and data maturity across strategy, talent, and data infrastructure.
• Scale delivery using agile disciplines to sequence data elements and features.
• Embed Responsible AI from start to differentiate and build trust.
• Drive AI-first product strategies and ecosystem partnerships to open new revenue streams.
