This role centers on production strategy, governance, and architecture, ensuring safe, auditable AI in regulated environments with opportunities to mentor teams and lead proposal efforts.

Qualifications

• Experience developing AI or data strategy or platform governance within government or multi stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of federal policies related to data AI privacy cybersecurity and digital modernization.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture concepts and AI governance frameworks.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record turning strategy into operational systems with measurable outcomes.
• Experience assessing AI readiness risks and ethical considerations.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission goals into portfolio roadmaps and adoption plans for AI programs.
• Define reference architectures and data access patterns with privacy and Zero Trust in mind.
• Operationalize policy‑as‑code, audit trails, and lifecycle controls for federal standards.
• Stand up evaluation harnesses, model selection criteria, and guardrails for quality and safety.
• Author governance playbooks, templates, SDKs, and reusable blueprints.
• Partner with product security, compliance, data, and engineering to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Ensure programs meet SLOs, pass audits, and ship with progressive delivery in regulated environments.
• Contribute to proposals, briefings, and capability building on responsible AI.
