Job summary

Accenture seeks an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape AI-first roadmaps, build trusted client relationships, and define data strategies for growth and competitive advantage. You will assess maturity, design blueprints, and drive responsible AI initiatives across global client engagements.

Expect to lead multi-disciplinary teams, craft business cases, and deliver enterprise-scale data transformations while traveling up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in AI and Data Strategy with data management, analysis and governance.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years leading workstreams and global delivery.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data in business processes.
• Define and structure an AI and data strategy for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI strategy, talent, operating model, data foundation.
• Define building blocks to become AI-first, incl. tech and platform blueprints.
• Create business cases, roadmaps and investment profiles with revenue upside and savings.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, engage ecosystem partners.
• Identify people, processes and tech to deploy AI solutions.
• Develop strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
