Job summary

Aily Labs in New York is seeking a Sr / Principal Business Impact Lead for Finance (AI Solution Architect) to embed the Aily App into enterprise finance routines and drive measurable ROI. You will own the client journey from first integration to enterprise adoption, partnering with Product, ML, and Engineering to deliver high-impact AI outcomes.

With 5+ years in finance consulting or corporate finance and a strong grasp of AI concepts, you will guide data readiness, train senior stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of corporate finance routines and enterprise decision-making.
• 5+ / 7+ years in finance consulting or corporate finance with analytics exposure.
• Tech‑savvy with data and AI concepts, including data requirements and model behavior.
• Proven experience with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
• Ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, adoption, and time to value.
• Strong communication with senior finance and exec stakeholders.
• Background in tech consulting, solution architecture, or product-facing roles.
• Experience with AI-powered analytics or data-intensive products.
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments.
• Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices.

Responsibilities

• Translate finance routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
• Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards.
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities and future use cases.
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and readiness.
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs.
• Influence the product roadmap through client and adoption insights.
• Act as the trusted finance domain expert for clients and internal teams.
• Be the trusted advisor to C-level finance stakeholders and champion user needs.
• Represent finance needs in product and roadmap discussions.
• Communicate AI and data topics, assumptions, and trade-offs clearly.
• Share domain expertise and mentor junior team members.
• Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Own time to first active user and time to routine in deployments.
• Upskill finance users through workshops and executive sessions.
