Job summary
Aily Labs, a fast-growing applied AI scale-up, seeks an Sr / Principal Business Impact Lead for R&D Pharma to embed Aily App into Fortune 500 R&D routines, driving adoption and measurable performance impact. You will own the journey from initial integration to enterprise-wide deployment, working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor/Master/PhD or MBA in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field.
- 5+ years in R&D strategy, pharma consulting, or related leadership roles.
- Fluency in data and AI concepts; collaboration with product and data science teams.
Responsibilities
- Translate R&D routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
- Define AI outcomes and R&D decision quality standards.
- Co-shape scalable product capabilities across research, portfolio, and clinical use cases.
- Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and deployment readiness.
- Define data requirements and AI fine-tuning needs to accelerate time to value.
- Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights.
