Job summary

Aily Labs GmbH in NYC is seeking a Senior / Principal Business Impact Lead for Manufacturing & Supply Chain (AI Solution Architect) to embed Aily App into core manufacturing and supply routines across global sites, enabling Fortune 100 clients to move from signal to action with measurable impact.

You will translate operations into product requirements, drive deployments, and partner with product, ML, and engineering to deliver data-driven value, time-to-value, and enterprise adoption, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business or related field.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing site operations and supply chain decision-making in large enterprises.
• 5–7 years of consulting experience focused on manufacturing, supply chain, operations transformation, or corporate manufacturing leadership roles.
• Exposure to analytics, performance management, or AI initiatives within the domain.
• Tech-savvy with data and AI concepts gained through collaboration with product and data science teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate manufacturing and supply routines into product requirements and AI decision logic.
• Define AI outcomes and decision quality standards.
• Co-shape scalable product capabilities across manufacturing and supply use cases.
• Partner with Product, ML, and Engineering on feasibility and product readiness.
• Define and own data requirements, data collection, and AI fine-tuning needs.
• Influence the product roadmap through client impact and adoption insights.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.
• Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption.
