Qualifications

• 5/7+ years of experience in R&D strategy, consulting, or clinical operations.
• Exposure to R&D analytics and digital transformation.
• Background in tech consulting or product-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Act as the R&D domain expert and solution architect for Aily App.
• Drive rollouts from entry-point use cases to enterprise-wide adoption.
• Ensure AI is embedded into daily R&D governance.
