Job summary

Dijital Team Pty, a established Australian IT services provider, seeks a highly organised Finance Administrator to support invoicing, AR/AP, payroll, and financial administration. You will work with the finance, sales, and service delivery teams to ensure accurate records and compliant processes.

Ideal candidates have hands-on Xero payroll experience, strong bookkeeping background, and the ability to improve financial workflows in a dynamic environment. Flexible hybrid work options offered.

Qualifications

• Proven bookkeeping and financial admin experience including AR/AP, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Experience processing Australian payroll, STP, and GST/BAS compliance.
• Ability to manage invoicing, supplier payments, and financial records accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue invoices for managed services, projects, and product sales.
• Manage AR, including debtors, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and coding with PO alignment.
• Handle fortnightly Australian payroll and STP submissions.
• Reconcile bank accounts and maintain precise financial records.
• Assist with BAS, PAYG, and year-end reporting alongside external accountants.
