Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field required.
• Five or more years of progressive finance and accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash management, internal controls, and nonprofit accounting.
• Experience managing outsourced IT services and cybersecurity-related activities.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and financial control practices.
• Proficiency with accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, cash flow management, reserve oversight, banking relationships, and investment monitoring.
• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll accounting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate month-end and year-end close processes and prepare statements and management reports.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audit and Form 990 filings.
• Develop, enforce, and document financial policies, approval authorities, and internal controls.
• Manage vendor relationships, licenses, contracts, and cybersecurity-related activities.
