The ideal candidate has 10+ years of accounting experience with at least 5 in leadership, a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, and CPA is strongly preferred. Deep GAAP knowledge and ERP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting experience; 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience with GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Public accounting background beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounting team and processes.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close and reporting.
• Provide GAAP guidance and maintain accounting policies.
• Drive accounting workflows, data accuracy, and efficiency.
• Oversee external audits, controls, and risk management.
