Job summary

This hybrid role partners with auditors and stakeholders to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong internal controls, while mentoring a team of accounting professionals and pursuing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, audit, or finance experience.
• Prior experience managing or supervising accounting staff.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting tools, and process improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
