Job summary

Progressive-Cleaning is seeking a Finance & Administration Lead to own Financial Management, HR, and IT & Systems for a distributed field operation. You will handle timecards, payroll, recruiting, and vendor coordination while ensuring processes are documented and compliant.

The role combines leadership with hands-on administrative work, including budgeting, reporting, and coordinating with our CPA. Remote work is supported with in-person quarterly meetings in Rockledge, FL.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in an operations, administrative, or business support role with ownership of outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing timecards and schedules for a distributed workforce.
• Bookkeeping and financial reporting experience including accounts payable/receivable and monthly close.

Responsibilities

• Own Financial Management, HR, and IT & Systems; provide cross-functional support to field operations.
• Administer payroll-ready timecard reports and oversee payroll cutoffs.
• Coordinate recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee records; ensure compliance and reporting.
