Position Information:
The Finance & Accounting Rep is responsible for the referral process of both in-patients and out-patients to the North Carolina Medicaid program. Works collaboratively with the Medicaid case workers at various locations and with the employees of Triangle Disabilities Advocates. Interacts with North Carolina Medicaid Hearing and Appeals officers to advocate for the appellant's denial reversal. Assists with Customer Service area as required. The position requires an individual that is fluent, both orally and in the written form, in English and Spanish. Employee will perform all the duties of this position either in English or Spanish, as required by the clients and departmental needs. The position may require the employee to perform simple translation tasks, and also may require language interpretation at the basic or intermediate level.
