Florida Power & Light Company is launching a three-year, three-rotation Finance & Accounting Rotational Development Program in the Juno Beach area. The program develops early-career professionals in GAAP, financial reporting, and business operations within NextEra Energy’s renewable energy scope.

Rotations cover COE, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and more, with a pathway to leadership roles after completion. Degree in finance or accounting preferred, relocation available where applicable.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in finance/accounting.
• Preferred focus in accounting or finance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the finance/accounting impact of business transactions; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Support internal and external reporting (10-K, 10-Q, management reporting).
• Execute special projects (software implementations, Six Sigma, Agile, process automation).
• Build relationships across the organization for proper accounting and reporting.
